Honestly...ballet. I took ballet classes for all of my childhood and into my late teens. Ballet taught me to be aware of my body, and to be aware of the spirit that moves it.
For a long time, I resisted any kind of change (except for my hair color. lol). I had to learn (and am still learning) to not grow too attached to outcomes.
