What do you find difficult to describe?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for February 06, 2008:
I had my first reiki attunement this last Saturday. I have tried to articulate to a few people how I feel about it...but I can't...I'm stuck. The experience was amazing, but I can't seem to describe it any further. I am feeling as if there is an important piece missing, maybe something I am yet to understand...

Yes, from what I understand, approximately 21 days or so. It's so interesting. I feel an affinity for energy work but there is also something in me that resists it. Weird…

I’m interested in reiki, but haven’t ever really experienced it so far.
I received my reiki I attunement almost two years ago, and am going to do level 2 soon. Just sit with the feeling, if you can. As a mom, you will understand this analogy – the master teacher who will be attuning me to level 2 describes the sensation of giving reiki as similar to milk letdown, but in her hands! For me, it feels like radiating heat, but in my mind, I can picture streams of light traveling in shapes. In time, you will find your own way to describe it. Enjoy!
